Order Processing & Shipping
You will recieve an email confirmation once your order is placed. Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. (Note: During peak seasons processing times may take a little longer than normal). Domestic orders shipped via USPS First-Class Mail, generally take 2-5 business days to arrive depending on location. Unfortunatley, we are not offering Express Shipping at this time, although you can contact us if you're interested in expedited shipping options. International Shipping generally takes about 6-10 business days to arrive.
We would like all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase from us. Unworn clothing can be exchanged within 10 business days of the delivery date. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was included with your original purchase. If you received a wrong size or defective item and wish to exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and unwashed with no damages from the customer. A defective item may be exchanged for a new item which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments, all through PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to order from our shop. If you do not have, or don't wish to use your PayPal account, click the button reading, "Don't have a PayPal account?" instead of logging in through PayPal.
